Building Understanding Through Education
Our mission is to help people approach financial topics with greater clarity and less anxiety.
Back to HomeWho We Are
Copper Veil was founded in Chiang Mai with a straightforward purpose: to provide practical financial education that helps people make more informed decisions about their own circumstances. We recognized that many individuals felt uncertain when facing important financial considerations, not because the concepts were inherently difficult, but because they hadn't been explained in accessible, practical terms.
Our approach centers on clarity rather than complexity. We believe that financial topics become less intimidating when presented in plain language, with real examples that relate to everyday situations. Rather than promoting specific products or strategies, our programs focus on building foundational understanding that participants can apply to their own unique situations.
Over the years, we've developed educational programs that address some of the most common financial considerations people face: planning for life after full-time work, managing business finances, and thinking through wealth preservation. Each program is designed to be practical, accessible, and directly applicable to participants' lives.
We maintain our focus on education because we've seen how a clearer understanding can reduce anxiety and help people approach their financial decisions with more confidence. Our instructors bring years of experience in both finance and education, allowing them to explain complex topics in ways that make sense to people from all backgrounds.

Our Educational Approach
Standards and principles that guide our teaching
Accessible Teaching
We explain financial concepts in plain language, avoiding jargon and technical terms unless absolutely necessary. When we must use specific terminology, we take time to ensure everyone understands it.
Small Group Format
We maintain limited class sizes to ensure each participant has opportunities to ask questions and receive individual attention. This creates a more comfortable learning environment.
Practical Application
Every session includes worksheets and exercises that participants can apply to their own situations. We focus on tools and frameworks that people can actually use.
Objective Perspective
Our instructors present various approaches and perspectives without promoting specific products or services. We believe informed decisions come from understanding options, not from sales pitches.
Privacy Consideration
We respect that financial matters are personal. Participants are never required to share specific details about their own finances. All discussions maintain appropriate confidentiality.
Continued Support
Participants receive comprehensive reference materials and can reach out with follow-up questions after the program concludes. Learning doesn't stop when the final session ends.
Our Values
We believe financial education should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their starting point or background. Complex topics don't require complex explanations. When people understand the fundamental principles, they're better equipped to make decisions that align with their own values and circumstances.
Our commitment is to teaching, not selling. While many financial services blend education with product promotion, we maintain a clear distinction. Our role is to help people understand their options and think through considerations, not to direct them toward specific solutions that may benefit us financially.
We respect that each person's situation is unique. What works for one individual may not suit another. Rather than presenting a single "right way" to approach financial matters, we help participants develop the understanding they need to evaluate what makes sense for their specific circumstances.
Finally, we value patience and clarity in our teaching. Financial topics can feel overwhelming, especially when encountered for the first time. We take the time needed to ensure concepts are understood before moving forward, and we encourage questions at every step. There are no foolish questions in our sessions, only opportunities to deepen understanding.
