1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any program offered by Copper Veil or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not enroll in our programs or use our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in our programs. By enrolling, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Definitions

"We," "Us," "Our" refers to Copper Veil, the provider of financial education programs.

"You," "Participant" refers to the individual enrolling in or attending our programs.

"Program" refers to any educational course, workshop, or seminar offered by Copper Veil.

"Materials" refers to any educational content, worksheets, guides, or resources provided as part of a program.

"Website" refers to our online presence at the domain where these terms are published.

3. Educational Services

3.1 Nature of Services

Copper Veil provides educational programs designed to help participants build understanding of financial topics. Our programs are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or professional consulting services.

3.2 Program Availability

We make reasonable efforts to deliver programs as described, but reserve the right to modify program schedules, content, or format when necessary. Participants will be notified of significant changes in advance.

3.3 Instructor Substitution

We reserve the right to substitute instructors when necessary due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances. All substitute instructors will be qualified to deliver the program content.

4. Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Registration

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Program spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to decline enrollment at our discretion.

4.2 Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of enrollment unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. Prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and include any applicable taxes. Payment can be made through the methods specified during enrollment.

4.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the program start date: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the program start date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date: No refund
• If Copper Veil cancels a program, participants receive a full refund

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approved cancellation. Transfer to another program session may be available subject to space availability and approval.

5. Participant Responsibilities

5.1 Attendance

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. We cannot provide make-up sessions for missed classes. Materials for missed sessions may be provided at our discretion.

5.2 Conduct

Participants agree to conduct themselves respectfully toward instructors and other participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

5.3 Confidentiality

Participants agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not share personal information discussed during sessions without explicit permission.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All program materials, content, and intellectual property remain the property of Copper Veil. Participants receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for personal educational purposes only.

6.2 Restrictions

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission. Recording of sessions (audio or video) is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.

6.3 Participant Materials

Any materials, ideas, or feedback you share during programs may be used by Copper Veil for educational purposes, while respecting your privacy and not attributing them to you without permission.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 Educational Nature

Our programs are designed for educational purposes only. Content should not be construed as financial advice, investment recommendations, legal counsel, or professional consulting. Participants should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to their circumstances.

7.2 No Guarantees

While we strive to provide high-quality education, we make no representations or warranties about outcomes, results, or benefits participants may achieve. Financial success depends on many factors beyond our control.

7.3 Information Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information accuracy but cannot guarantee that all content is current, complete, or applicable to every situation. Laws and regulations change, and participants are responsible for verifying current information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Copper Veil, its instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in programs or use of materials.

Our total liability for any claims arising from program participation shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the specific program in question.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or technical failures. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule programs or provide alternative arrangements.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By enrolling in programs, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or program participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Before initiating legal action, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. Participants enrolled before changes take effect will be governed by the terms in place at the time of their enrollment.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants of significant changes that affect their program participation.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Copper Veil regarding program participation and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
